  Maybe my worst McDonalds experience. Ordered ahead online. No line at drive-thru when arriving, only customer. 2 cheeseburgers, fries and a crispy chicken sandwich combo. The positives: The fries were hot and fresh. The diet coke was great, as usual at McDonalds. The person who gave us our order had a great smile and personality. The negatives: Waited 30 minutes to receive the order. Way too long for a simple order, and not sure why because it was not because they were preparing the food fresh. Other than the fries, everything else seemed like it was day old food. The buns were dried out. The burger patties were also extremely dry. The crispy chicken was dry, hard and very rubbery. All three of as took a bite or two and had to throw it away. It was not edible. I do not understand how the food was so bad. Are they preparing the burger patties and chicken way ahead of time and leaving in a warming tray. The evidence seems to suggest this. I visit this area a few times a year and am a regular McDonalds customer every where I go. To serve badly prepared food this slowly is not typical of or up to what is the normal great McDonalds service.

  I travel a lot and you never know what you're going to get with a busy McDonald's but they were quick, personable and the specifics of my order were all perfect. Thank you!

  Typical McDonald's. Food is over priced for that they offer nowadays. It used to be cheaper than a sit down restaurant burger, but now you cannot even get a cheeseburger for cheap. The fries are poor quality and always soggy. Everything is always slopped together quickly with no forethought.

  I’d just like to start by saying that the food sucked and was not worth the wait. Texas Roadhouse can serve a full on steak dinner faster than this McDonald’s can fill up a Coca-Cola. By far the slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The two times that I’ve ordered from here, they have been 30+ minute waits for a burger and a couple of fries. When I asked the manager what was taking so long, one of the “know-it-all food expert DoorDashers” piped up and said, “they are understaffed” And that “if I was a super cool door dasher like her I would know that” But every McDonald’s worker I saw in the back had their hands in their pockets, just like every one of the DoorDashers did Standing around doing nothing. Come to this McDonald’s if you need a good place to stand around and play on your phone for 30+ minutes!

  If you are driving through Cedar City - skip this place if you are in a hurry. Our car of 4 went in and placed our separate orders at the kiosk. After 30 minutes, we checked in with an employee. We were told we'd just have to wait - they had no idea where our order was in the queue. Another customer mentioned he'd been there an hour. Even though we were willing to wait, the Manager had no interest in checking how many orders were ahead of ours...I think they just fully skipped in-store orders. They were clearly prioritizing Doordash, Ubereats and the drive through. Finally, we just asked for a refund - as did most of the people waiting. For context, we arrived at breakfast time (10am) and by the time we left it was lunch. Not worth the stop unless it's at an off time.
