  Awful customer service tonight. Acted completely annoyed that we were there to pick up our pizza and sighed heavily at us. Grumbled the whole time about it. Not friendly at all. Didn’t even mark our pizza was ready on the tracker app till 40 min later. It was not hot and fresh. The delivery driver came flying into the parking lot almost hitting my husband and then he parked in the handicap parking. Not impressed. We’ll go back to 5 buck. Love their service and their pizza.

  Hit or miss. Usually the food is pretty good IF they get it right. Tonight I was driving by their store at approx 7:20 and one of their driver’s threw a fit. I was parking across the street and he was turning into Domino’s. I couldn’t get into my spot until he turned in. He wasn’t paying attention and then realized he was waiting a min. I had a small line forming behind. He starting throwing his arms up making gestures, and I had my blinker on. He finally turned in, but looks like the customer service issues are also concerning their drivers.

  Placed order at 7:15, by 9pm it still wasn’t ready. Called and they said it still wasn’t out for delivery. Said I’ll drive there to pick it up. I get there and they say it was sent out for delivery. I drive home. No delivery. I call back and they say “oh sorry it’s actually here” what a joke

  Pizza Hut canceled my larger order because they “ran out of dough” when I called from my wife’s phone to place another order they magically had dough. As a second option I decided to order from Dominos, not only did it taste so much better than my pizza huts ever had it was cheaper, and so much faster. Timber delivered my pizza still hot and found my house well ! Thank you !
