  Loved loved this place when it first opened, however the service has gone down hill, employees are snotty and rude and talk about what ppl ordered like we cant hear them. Not everyone needs to be wearing a headset like they are only working the drive-thru and ignoring the front counter. Sunday in Brigham City should not be a 20 minute wait for one smoothie.

  My sister and I went here for mother's day breakfast and it is amazing! My 4 year old loved his PB & Banana flatbread. I had the breakfast Cali flatbread w/sausage, it was delicious and filling. Their smoothies are better than the most popular smoothie places. Their Acai Nutella bowl looks amazing, the fruit is fresh, and it is delicious. Definitely recommend eating here!

  For mothers day we decided to go to Tropical Smoothie Cafe, and I couldn't be more pleased! The food was so phenomenal that we devoured it before I had a chance to photograph it with the exception of my acai bowl only because my wrap filled me up. I highly advise you check them out!!!

  I put in a mobile order so I could walk in, grab it, and avoid waiting in line. Waited in line anyway because it wasn’t on the pickup shelf. 2nd time in a row this has happened. Seems kinda useless to have a shelf for online/mobile orders if the employees aren’t going to use it.

  Ive tried this place out twice now and both times have been bad experiences for different reasons. My first experience was waiting for over half an hour at the window to get our food from the drive through. My second experience was a missing smoothie on my doordash order. I do not think I will be ordering from this place again.
