  Service is disrespectful and cant take a single item order correctly. Then they cannot cook a single item decently. Follow it up with had you the bag and close the window - no napkins, no condiments - not even a thank you.

  Had a great experience here. My friends and I were in and out of there for our lunch break. Food and service were awesome. The manager, Kendra there is awesome and rund a pretty good crew. Thank you for what you do.

  Seriously the best sonic , Kendra the manager of the store is the sweetest. She has always made us feel super welcome.

  Terrible service at Sonic Drive-In. I was at stall #14 and my order got canceled for no reason. I kept pressing the button and no one answered. I ended up ordering online and it still took way too long. I called the store politely to ask about my order and they hung up on me. The same girl at stall #14 had a bad attitude the whole time, complaining and clearly didn’t want to help. To top it off, when they finally brought my food out, a guy came out super rude and basically tossed the order at me without saying a word or asking if I needed anything. Horrible customer service during the morning shift. Would not recommend at all
