  This subway must be under new management cause it feels like a different subway. I have been stopping here for years and it was getting so dirty and run down, but in the last month it's suddenly clean and stalked and their not always out of something anymore. The employees are super friendly now and they don't take forever to make my sandwich. So whatever the new managers are doing is great. I've started coming a lot more.

  Cashier states they do not accept legal US currency in $50 or $100 bills. No signs posted stating such. Great way to lose customers and product since they didn't tell us until the sandwiches were made. I'll go to the redwood location from now on

  I gave a 3 star on the food. Because the sandwich was on point, but I cannot believe that Subway would charge a person $2.99 for a drink. And the ice machine on their fountain don't even work. The fact that the soda coming out of the fountain would be cold. But it is room temperature at best. The building is old and kind of ran down so I gave it a one star on atmosphere. I gave 4 star service. Because my food was ready. As soon as I got to the location and as I ate my meal, I was watching the one employee. They had on staff juggling about 6to7 sandwiches at the same time.. I will never understand how the subways do not keep more than one employee in their stores. And on the floor during the busiest time of the day lunchtime We in the fast food industry have a bad habit of overworking. Our employees and expecting them to do a workload of 3 or four people. And then wondering how come we have such a high turnover? Rate in this industry.Thanks for listening.Have a good day

  I really wanted to give this place more than 1 Star, unfortunately management clearly doesn't care that the entire restaurant literally smells like sewage.. like actual literal sewage.. the food seemed to taste okay and it smelled fine in my car but the restaurant itself smells horrendous I feel bad for the workers there having to endure the literal sewage smell.. like come on district supervisor and management get your store to actually smell appealing instead of like you have had a burst pipe in the back permanently..
