- JTJoel TurnerOct 2, 20261.0Second bad experience at this location, waiting 40 minutes and never got our food. The tipping culture is out of control. Your asked to tip before you even receive any service. They don't even bring your food to you. When you charge $38 dollars for two burgers and one fry this should be a premier experience. Went up to the counter to check on our order and the employees don't even acknowledge you. They are only focused on the online and door dash orders. Hello this is customer service 101 Maybe you need to train your employees at In & Out burger Lol We won't be back

They were completely incapable of handling all the online orders and even though I ordered 30 minutes before I arrived at the store they didn't even acknowledge having my order until 20 minutes after I got there. I checked with the front counter and they said it was going to be a while after I already waited over an hour and 20 minutes. Eventually I just asked for a refund and left. In my other visits I have noticed this location is usually super slow even if you are the only ones there. I would highly recommend going to a different Five Guys location.

I waited over two hours for my food. The app said it would only be half an hour or I wouldn't have ordered. They seemed to be giving people their food in random order. I don't plan on going to five guys ever again.
