Fries solid taste but the amount made me double take and ask "where are the rest?" This franchise seems like it's slipping. Main dining floor was clean but one of the freestyle machines was out of order and one of the condiment dispensers was broken. The bathroom smelled like a pit toilet in a national Park🤢. This place is sliding downhill big-time.

I have also found what looks like pet hair in my fries every single time I’ve eaten here, and now I just found it in my burger too. It seems like someone working here has pet hair on their clothes and it keeps ending up in the food. It’s actually really disgusting.

Last night I visited and they were practically inedible. They were extremely soggy and oily so I cooked them more in my oven. This helped, but unfortunately the fries were WAY too salty and had a bad taste to them, like the oil needed to be changed, so I still couldn’t eat them. Additionally, the portion size of the fries has decreased recently. I don’t think I will be going to this restaurant again any time soon, especially not this location. The fries cost too much money for them to be inedible.

I don't care about the container but it's noticably less fries and I'm actually pretty upset about it. I've gone to five guys for years and expect it at this point. If you're gonna give me 40% less fries you should charge me less.
