- HCHeather CunninghamMay 8, 20265.0My family has always enjoyed coming to Cubby’s in Bountiful. I have celiac disease and they have always been so good about making sure I am taken care of. Today’s service was no different. Deep and Ethan were great. They checked in on us to make sure we were doing well and to see if we needed anything. They also offered to clear things off our table that we were done with. Ethan was also good about repeating back our order and making note of what items had the gluten “allergy” on them. Atmosphere was good too. Clean and inviting. Our food came out fast too which was great esp on a Friday night when there were more people there. Thank you! Thanks Deep and Ethan!

While we were sitting in the drive thru we watched the kid cooking food go out to his friend’s car multiple times to vape wearing his gloves and then go back in and handle food without changing gloves. My burger was still raw in the middle which seems like an even bigger risk for food poisoning given the kid that wasn’t changing his gloves. I’m also not sure how the burger was still raw since it’s so thin and we waited for so long. The fries were so salty we couldn’t even eat them and just had to throw them away. Huge waste of money.

The burger patties were very overcooked. There was nowhere near enough dressing for the salad, so it was basically just lettuce croutons and chicken. We did enjoy coloring hats with crayons before we received our food.
