  Something was wrong with them roast beef. I have never had it thick, chewy, dry?? Two of us got sandwiches, both were the same.

  Almost every place is giving you less food for more money. However I have never seen such a prime example of this until I came to Arby's. This has to be the worst food I've seen in years. Everything is tiny, the food is patheticly small for the price. What you used to get in one beef sandwich now takes at least two to match what they used to be. Not only that but they are extremely sloppy. I ordered two regular sandwiches and they forgot the top of my bun. I don't know how this is possible when you only have 2 ingredients, a bun and meat and you forgot half the bun. I truly believe this is one of the worst fast food spots in Bountiful and I will never be going to Arby's again. I have never seen such a downgrade in quality, this is one of the worst offenders I have ever seen. Never go here, you will be disappointed.

  Went in with my wife and kids before an appointment. There were only two people ahead of us and only a couple of tables with people eating. We ordered two kids meals and one combo meal and extra sandwich. After waiting for 15 minutes for our food we just simply asked for a refund. Fast food should not take anywhere near this amount of time. Only reason I am leaving two stars because they didn’t argue about the refund. My first and last visit to this restaurant.
