I have an issue with my order every time. I don’t know why we gave it another chance. The first time we placed a pickup order from this location they did not include the numerous sauce cups that we paid $1 a piece for and we unfortunately didn’t notice until we were back home. I know we should have checked before we left but if I’m PAYING for a bunch of sauces, I should be able to trust they will put them in the boxes. Now this time we gave it another chance (regretfully), placed a pickup order for two specialty pizzas and sauces. Went in to pick it up and made sure this time to check for the sauces. No sauces in the boxes, so I waited in line to tell the cashier. I handed him my receipt and just asked if I could get the sauces. The cashier was super friendly and apologetic and walked in the back to grab them. I heard him tell the girl who was working in the back that she forgot to put all of these sauces with the order, which she proceeded to get snappy at him for ( she was either mad at him for bringing it up to her or mad at me for very kindly asking for the sauces that I PAID for ?). While the friendly male cashier was gathering all of my sauces she then proceeded to walk over to the hand washing station and look over at me with the most ridiculous attitude glare. I got my sauces and headed home with my order. As I got home and opened one of the pizza boxes which was supposed to be a Philly Cheesesteak pizza with onions and Jalapeños ($17 pizza!!), I realized it only had Jalapeño and onion on it. I made the rookie mistake of being too busy checking the pizza boxes for the sauces before I left the store that I didn’t realize the pizza was missing toppings. I called the store and they said a driver would bring the correct pizza over in 25 minutes, which I appreciated. Reading these other bad reviews I can’t imagine how much time and product is wasted making wrong orders and then remaking the replacements, all because the person making them doesn’t care enough to actually read the order and has an attitude about it.

I have been to this location many times as it is the closest to our home. We have not once received what we ordered. I highly advise just going somewhere else or if you really want dominos then go ahead and order from a different location. Can’t say all of the employees who work here need therapy, but a few definitely do..

I've visited several stores from this chain, and many of them have a VIDEO board in the Waiting Area to inform customers the progress of their orders. Baking, Ready for Pickup, etc. Came to this store (without a board) on Thursday and verbally gave the counter person my order as my online order did not go through. "Oh, it'll only be eight minutes," I was assured. Waited around, name finally called after ten minutes or so....and the pizzas were already done & in the holding rack! Had there been a video board, I'd have gotten to the counter to pay for my order & exit that place. And try not to pay with cash...I was met with a dumbfounded look when extending folding money to the cashier, who didn't know what to do. Oh, well. There are other franchises in the area. Just try to avoid this one.

Decided to try this location without looking at the reviews first. Yeah my first mistake related to this location. A simple order with two hand tossed crust specialty pizzas, one large and one small, and Parmesan Bread bites. The small specialty pizza was a The People's Pizza with black olives added. Can you guess what happened? Upon arrival, all but one spot in front of this location was taken by their delivery vehicles. Three vehicles leave in the period of time from me parking and walking in to pickup the order. So this location looks busy, that SHOULD be a good sign. The app says it is ready when walking in. It wasn't. Finally, they give me an order which I don't check before leaving. This is my second mistake with this location. After a 15 minute drive home, open the small box which had a custom order pizza that wasn't part of my order, At this point, my caring for food stopped. What was there wasn't expected in so many ways. The small pizza was on burnt thin crust, with pepperoni, Italian sausage, onions with banana peppers. Missing from the pizza was the added black olives, and the standard Green Peppers and Mushrooms that comes on The People's Pizza. Not having ordered from a Domino's Pizza in more than a decade, this situation reminds me of past problems with the chain in multiple states. This order has probably turned me off again for a similar timeframe. For the total money that was spent and drive time to get something not expected, it seems safer to go with other local pizza locations that are a shorter drive and cheaper for a similar food order.

Always trust the total ranking of an establishment before spending your money with them. As of today, this tragic Domino's has a 3.8. Nothing that has less than a 4.0 should ever be considered. I made the mistake of returning to this location. There are dozens of better pizzas than Domino's, but I was given a gift card. Shame on me for using it During my first visit, they completely scorched my pizzas. I've attached a photo for your edification. I filled out an online form same day with this same photo, asking that they provide me a replacement. The franchise never reached out. After requesting corporate to respond, they mailed me a paper check close to 2 months later. Cute. Today's visit was intended to use up my gift card. The drive-thru lane is intended for pickup orders only. I waited nearly 15 minutes, because the store was allowing people to place their orders and wait while they're prepared, blocking several cars beyond mine with no way of exiting. By the time that I could pull up to the pickup window, the female worker could see and sense my agitation. Of course, zero apology from the robot of a human. To the franchise owner: if she's your manager, replace. While my final complaint is a decision made at the corporate level, if you ever try to dial a physical location, you will be routed to the most ridiculous and stupid AI ordering system. This alone is a reason to support your local pizza shop and boycott the big brands. If this franchise decides to respond, let's all assume that it's an Android response, driven by AI...which will lack personality, emotion, and a sense of responsibility.
