  The restaurant is quite rundown with very few speakers. The touchscreen didn't work. The carhop was amazing and immediately remade the drink when she realized the color was wrong meaning the flavor would be as well. The food was good except for the error with the slushy, and the cheeseburger still having the ingredients on it that I asked to be removed.

  32 ounce dirty coke had 7 limes in it. Felt like I was drinking a limeade, nasty. 👎

  I pre-ordered online for a group meal. 6 meals. I planned my order for pickup at 11:35am. My food did not come out until 11:55 am. I get that that is the'busy'time of the day, but for a pre-ordered meal, it is unacceptable for a customer to wait 20 minutes. That meal should be ready to roll at the scheduled time! The last thing, is that none of our burgers were labeled with the ingredients. We had 6 different burgers, and reach of them were customized. Not one of them had any indicators for what was on them. This is also unacceptable. I have one person who is allergic to onions. We had to pick through each dandruff to make sure they did not get one with onions. This is unacceptable. Food was still great, and the server who brought it out apologized, but that apology shouldn't be needed.

  The girl in the drive through was having a conversation with her boyfriend and held the line for over 15 minutes. I was trying to be patient, thinking they had a big order. When I was about to leave I asked how much longer it was going to take. Then She told her boyfriend that the customers were getting angry and the guy left. No money was exchanged or food given. They were just having a conversation. When I pulled up to the window, she started to make my drinks. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. WILL NEVER COME BACK!! Don’t waste your time and money.

  Sat in the drive thru for over 20 minutes, they couldn’t even get the order right at the window. We told them it wasn’t correct, told them again what we wanted. Got the food and an entire meal and fry were missing, come to find out it never made it on the bill, and when we came in to fix it they made us still pay for the missing meal after being here for over 45 minutes
