  I will also be complaining to corporate, do not do business with the American Fork Pizza Hut, and especially the "General Manager" Ashley. I have never in my life been treated so badly when they screwed up. I ordered pizza and wings off pizzahut.com, we did not receive some of our order, so I called and spoke to a girl who was extremely rude and basically told me It's not her problem and I just need to deal with it, no resolutions offered at all. My dad was here because I just got out of the hospital and I'm extremely sick, he heard the way I was being treated so he personally drove to the restaurant and confronted her in person. She admitted they were out of wings & she didn't know how to give refunds, there was another customer in the store waiting to pickup his order who had also ordered wings & he got upset as well. My dad ended up leaving with no resolution again. About an hour later I got a phone call from the supposed General Manager Ashley who immediately started screaming at me, would not let me speak without screaming over the top of me, and told me we were banned from ordering there ever again then hung up on me after she said she watched the recording of how my dad treated her exployee, and I responded with "did you listen to any recordings of how your employee spoke to me first? My dad was sticking up for his sick daughter who was being treated like crap". I've been in management in customer service for over 25 years and if ANY of my employees treated a customer that way, let alone a manager they would be fired immediately. I don't care about being banned, this was literally the first time in years & last time we will ever buy anything from any Pizza Hut ever again. I can see why this location has so many 1 star reviews. Absolutely despicable how they treat their customers when they were the ones at fault to begin with. Being in customer service I know to be nice, but when I'm treated like sh*t that's a different story. Very rude, disgusting behavior! I don't appreciate being screamed at by 2 different people when I'm just trying to get my order fixed.

  Don't order any time even remotely near closing. Its been 3 different times now that I've ordered within an hour of close and they just dont fulfill the order, wait until after close, cancel the order on their side and dont answer the phone. Worst customer service I've ever received.
