  Took 30 min wait to get my tiny pizza. I need to go to a date and was late. Won’t go here again.

  Employees weren’t very helpful had to place a order online in the store because the system was down and the order I had called in 15 minutes prior got canceled because they were out of certain toppings at lunch time on a Monday

  Order Doordash or don’t come in, service is terrible and zero mannerisms. I get it’s just a pizza spot but you can still be friendly. If you order in store and want a meal deal they won’t input it as a deal instead just everything separate making the price higher and promotion completely useless.

  I will also be complaining to corporate, do not do business with the American Fork Pizza Hut, and especially the "General Manager" Ashley. I have never in my life been treated so badly when they screwed up. I ordered pizza and wings off pizzahut.com, we did not receive some of our order, so I called and spoke to a girl who was extremely rude and basically told me It's not her problem and I just need to deal with it, no resolutions offered at all. My dad was here because I just got out of the hospital and I'm extremely sick, he heard the way I was being treated so he personally drove to the restaurant and confronted her in person. She admitted they were out of wings & she didn't know how to give refunds, there was another customer in the store waiting to pickup his order who had also ordered wings & he got upset as well. My dad ended up leaving with no resolution again. About an hour later I got a phone call from the supposed General Manager Ashley who immediately started screaming at me, would not let me speak without screaming over the top of me, and told me we were banned from ordering there ever again then hung up on me after she said she watched the recording of how my dad treated her exployee, and I responded with "did you listen to any recordings of how your employee spoke to me first? My dad was sticking up for his sick daughter who was being treated like crap". I've been in management in customer service for over 25 years and if ANY of my employees treated a customer that way, let alone a manager they would be fired immediately. I don't care about being banned, this was literally the first time in years & last time we will ever buy anything from any Pizza Hut ever again. I can see why this location has so many 1 star reviews. Absolutely despicable how they treat their customers when they were the ones at fault to begin with. Being in customer service I know to be nice, but when I'm treated like sh*t that's a different story. Very rude, disgusting behavior! I don't appreciate being screamed at by 2 different people when I'm just trying to get my order fixed.
