Our meat was barely cooked enough to eat, the buns were soggy and cold, the cheese was not melted. Burgers overall were cold. Truly disgusting. This location needs more training.

It as if both machines are out out of syrup but they aren't. It's like that every single time I go in there. If they think they are saving money they aren't I have watched people get a drink, take a sip and dump it thinking the machine is out of syrup over and over.

I've had several orders needing to be remade. Either missing toppings or short fries. Because I've had several issues with this store they will no longer provide additional refunds, and have told me to go to another store. Pictures of a burger that had missing toppings and shorted fries when I ordered they're regular fries.
