- IPIsaac PhillipsMay 5, 20261.0Talked with Mario the district manager he was quick to jump the gun on my issue and talked to me in a weird and disrespectful way, it wasn't professional at all. I've had several orders needing to be remade. Either missing toppings or short fries. Because I've had several issues with this store they will no longer provide additional refunds, and have told me to go to another store. Pictures of a burger that had missing toppings and shorted fries when I ordered they're regular fries.

I ordered the small bacon burger, with grilled jalapeños, grilled onions, and grilled mushrooms with Cajun fries. The food here is always good, fresh and hot made to order, The free peanuts are the best! The service is fast, staff is always friendly and the establishment is clean. There is self serve refill on drinks. My only criticism would be that it’s a little pricey, but the food is consistently good.

Unfortunately, they usually take reeeeeeally long to make your food, which is nice because it's fresh but frustrating because, even though it's "fresh" it always seems kinda old. The fries aren't crispy and the burgers are often mashed or floppy. Still good though. Would recommend if you have the time to wait.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
