  I don't usually comment on fast food places, especially when I'm just using the drive thru. I was very impressed at the friendly staff and order was correct, and it was still hot. Great job to their team today

  the older bigger male shift manager with facial hair working the drive thru window at 9:15pm on Tuesday September 22 2026 straight up laughed in my face & told me no when i asked for more arbys sauce with my order for my family because “he already gave me 8 & that’s plenty”. it’s a free sauce that comes in a packet…… how many people want extra arbys sauce when they go to arbys? everyone. god forbid my entire family wants more than 8 packets to share. that was the most unfriendly encounter i have ever had with a fast food employee in my life, this was my first return to arbys in quite a while & i can promise because of this i will never go back. how weird & rude to laugh in someone’s face & refuse a free sauce. especially as a grown adult manager. absolutely disgusting and unacceptable, the encounter made me beyond uncomfortable. (ps yes i got my extra sauce because i refused to leave the drive thru until i got it. laugh in my face all you want 🙂)

  I am very unhappy. I had to work late, and avoid ordering delivery because of the extra cost, but ordered food for my son and the $5 shake was not delivered. I try calling the store and it gives a busy signal. In the end, not worth the $20.17 for 2 classic roast beef sandwiches. I ordered from their app... I don't believe the driver is fully at fault either. I would feel better if they would remedy this IF I could contact them.

  Greatest sandwiches in utah, the French dip is my favorite thing staff are friendly and its always clean
