  This is by far the worst sonic I have ever been too. I came in about 3pm once and I pressed the button more than one with no answer. I went in the drive through, no answer. Recently every time I have gone there wanting a milkshake they’ve told be a load of bull about how “we’re out of ice cream” “we stopped serving ice cream”. I implore anyone looking for food in Yoakum to go to the Dairy Queen. At 9:15-20 PM they’re still up and running at full speed and will make you a milkshake, burger, or chicken tenders that are quicker and taste infinitely better than what this sonic makes. I’ve also witnessed the same employee just walk out of the building mid service to go take a smoke break at his truck. Absolutely terrible service and management. Close this Sonic down!

  Lights and screens are broken and they turned off their ice cream machine before 9pm on a Saturday. Very very slow and we only ordered drinks.

  Sat at window for a while because no one answered the drive thru. people walking around inside acting like we weren't there. What's happened to sonic

  The food was nasty and cold. The Service was poor and Manager and Helper were rude unfriendly and Treated me as if I was an inconvenience for interrupting their conversation at the drive-through window
