  I'm not sure how they do this but the food is hot but yet cold every time. We ordered original pan pizza crust... paid extra for it and the pizza looks like hand toss! Tastes like it too. The bread sticks were fluffier than the pizza. Do yall even know what original pan crust looked like? I'm going to have to start driving all the way to Princeton, or all the way to Missouri to actually get good pizza hut again. Also the store smells like sewer water every time we go pick up. Feces pizza anyone? Not ordering from here again.

  Walked in, asked for a menu, they only have 1 and the staff was sarcastic and rude right out of the gate. Didnt even order, just walked out. Great customer service Pizza Hut.

  Shout out to the GM for giving me and my family the best service best pizza best smiles best improvement on staffing. Recognized her for the quick turnaround on her staff. Now its a extremely grateful staff every time I go in for dinner. My food made perfectly my drinks bagged up the staff come up and smile and say thank you. Over the last 2 weeks ive spent 125.00 in dinner for takeout. Love the consistency 👌. Definitely RECOMMEND 👌. Alonzo Wylie texas Stopped in July 14th to order pizza again a guy that has a full beard came out and there's no way I am purchasing a pizza from someone that has no beard protection on .   I thought I was doing Pizza Hut a favor by ordering delivery directly from their website instead of using a delivery service app. This was the slowest delivery from Pizza Hut ever. It took over an hour for a local delivery and when I called 20 minutes after the estimated delivery time, they said they were leaving out the door with my order as we spoke on the phone. They also could not tell me why the delivery app was not giving me status updates.
