  I thought I was doing Pizza Hut a favor by ordering delivery directly from their website instead of using a delivery service app. This was the slowest delivery from Pizza Hut ever. It took over an hour for a local delivery and when I called 20 minutes after the estimated delivery time, they said they were leaving out the door with my order as we spoke on the phone. They also could not tell me why the delivery app was not giving me status updates.

  This place has officially broken my heart. I used to LOVE this location, but the last two visits have been an absolute dumpster fire. The first time, my pizza was so soggy it could have qualified as soup. It looked like it had been launched into the box from across the room because everything was slid over and piled into one corner. To top it off, the entire store smelled… concerning. While I was there, the female manager was yelling and cussing at employees in front of customers. Nothing says “enjoy your meal” quite like witnessing a workplace meltdown while waiting for your pizza. Against my better judgment, I decided to give them another chance today. Mistake. Huge mistake. I was greeted by cold, stale pizza that tasted like it had been sitting out contemplating its life choices. I paid extra for extra cheese, yet somehow received less cheese than a normal pizza. I’m still trying to solve that mystery. At this point, management needs some serious attention. The female manager’s behavior is wildly unprofessional, and the new employees clearly need better training and support. The only bright spot was the younger gentleman working there. He was polite, helpful, and seemed to be the only person holding the operation together with sheer determination and probably a prayer. I don’t know who’s running this place these days, but they took a location I genuinely loved and drove it straight into the ditch.

  This nothing against the pizza. Today as i waited to pick up my order. One of the im assuming "managers" was belittling, yelling, and cussing out her staff. There is a way to teach and discipline a staff and thats not it. Especially with a customer in house waiting. And as i was leaving she was cussing out another customer on the phone. She should be fired. That is not how you treat your staff or other customers.

  DO NOT ORDER your wings or personal pizza from this location. My 8 breaded boneless wings order was missing 3 pieces and they were in broken pieces when I came back home preparing to eat something what I would expect to be perfect shaped wings but turns out they weren’t even fully cooked… I thought giving it another chance from my previous experience when I ordered a personal pizza but disappointed again. THE TASTE WAS HORRENDOUS 🤢🤢🤮🤮 I literally had to throw it out… what a waste of gas, time and money… Will never order here again.

  This is why I don’t tip for a pick up order. Fools can’t even make a basic pepperoni pizza. I have to do it myself when my son gets home with a cheese pizza.
