    I’ve given this location chance after chance because I genuinely like Jimmy John’s, but the service has gone downhill. Since they seem to have new employees taking orders over the phone, my orders are almost always incorrect. I’d estimate they’ve gotten around 20 of my orders wrong over time. The biggest issue is that I always make it very clear that one of the sandwiches is for someone with food allergies, and I carefully explain exactly what should and shouldn’t be on it. Despite that, they’ve repeatedly added ingredients I specifically asked them not to. When you’re dealing with food allergies, these mistakes aren’t just inconvenient; they can be serious. What frustrates me even more is how they handle their mistakes. Instead of simply replacing the incorrect sandwich, they require you to pay the delivery fee again. Their delivery fee is around $10, so even when they acknowledged they made the mistake and gave me a credit for the sandwich, I still had to pay another $10 just to receive the corrected order. If the restaurant makes the mistake, the customer shouldn’t have to pay an additional delivery fee to get the order they originally paid for. I kept ordering because I hoped things would improve, but unfortunately the same problems continue. The food is good when it’s made correctly, but consistent order accuracy and better customer service when mistakes happen would go a long way.

    WOW!! First time into this store of JJ’s today about 3:45 pm and was taken back by the two super nice and super cool young dudes managing the place. They work well together and their service is quick. Ordered the Thai & Mighty wrap and was awesomely impressed by its freshness, delicious taste & crunchiness. Will definitely be back to try other offerings.

    Ate lunch here today, and these workers are doing an excellent JOB!! Janayh, Joshua, and Mary took such good care of us today! Tuna fish on wheat and Italian were delicious.

    Went here at 930 to get 2 subs. Not a bug order simple. Told me I could order if I didnt want it toasted. As we ordered they slammed stuff around because they had already put things away clearly before close. The man with the long beard broke something slamming stuff around trying to wash his hands because god forbid he have to work during business hours. Absolutely atrocious. Dont even feel comfortable eating the angry dudes food and will be getting a refund tomorrow and alerting corporate
