    Love this place but Aubrey (the new guy) in the drive thru line was so sweet and so helpful!! He was fast in taking all of these orders by himself but seemed calm & happy ! Happy with the service!

    We are newer customers to Dutch Bros and have only gone to this location a handful of times, but each time the girlies taking our order have always been so sweet and helpful! The iced Golden Eagle has become my go-to order, but the new seasonal Pumpkin drink is a must try! đź’™

    Unfortunately this had to be done. I have refrained from posting this bad review to give yall ample time to fix the issues I've experienced for months now. Terrible service, not following your own drive through rules, screaming along to songs inside the kiosk while people are at the drive through window on top of being given STRAIGHT BLACK COFFEE several times instead of the $7 drink I've ordered. Been to dutch bros in 4 states and this has been by far the most abysmal length of experiences I've had. Went back to see if they could fix the issue... was told "yeah we will remake that" then proceeded to turn around and turn their music up and not remake the drink. ANOTHER EMPLOYEE had to ask me again if id been helped and she proceeded to actually make the drink and apologize... the other worker tried to throw her teammates "under the bus" to save herself right in front of me. Very unprofessional staff and establishment.
