  This place has really cleaned up!!! After hearing about the change in management and how clean everything now is, I finally decided to try again because I absolutely love Sonic drinks! My carhop, Taryn, was the absolute sweetest! My drink was exactly how I ordered it and I’m so glad to be able to go back again!

  I went there and ordered food to start off with i ordered a footlocker chili cheese dog and got a footlocker chili cheese tot instead to say the least I wasn't happy so I went back to have the order corrected they never said they were sorry for the mix up or anything made a new one then charged me for it talk about pissed I think you need to re teach your workers on customer service and make sure you give your customers there receipt needless to say I won't be back anytime soon

  Awful service. I understand the guy in the mic was new but when you order 5 combos that would say fries come with it and drinks. Got our order was missing three fries, plus a sprite for my youngest. Tell the car hop they go tell the manager on duty. She comes out and says “we only rang you up for the two combos with fries” so I say well we very clearly ordered two burger combos plus two he burger combos and a kids tender combo. Manager very rudely says “well I can’t give you free fries” OBVIOUSLY maybe you should have someone helping the new guy catch everything that’s being ordered. Or do it yourself. Terrible service, rude manager. Do better.

  If you dont have enough employees to run a fast food restaurant for that day just close the store down so people dont have to just wait there and never get any food or have their order taken.
