  Clean restaurant. Helpful staff but the wait can be long before you are acknowledged. Burgers only come one of two ways. Too burnt to eat the bun or too greasy to hold together even after blotting multiple times. We were eating there often. Because it was a quick, easy fix When you live in town, but I would rather drive the 5 miles to the next city. Then, waste my money and any longer on food That even the children will not eat. If there was a way to give the burgers zero stars, I would have.

  Emily was very nice, one thing I noticed about Emily is a customers card declined and could only cover part of the meal the mother was embarrassed and walked to her car to try to figure something out, however Emily got her own wallet out and paid for the meal. I thought it was very nice of her to do so.

  This Diary Queen is hands down a top tier hamburger restaurant. Located in Woodsboro Tx. You will not be disappointed! We always stop here, either on our way up or on our way down from Houston. Give em a try next time you’re in time area. ❤️✌️

  Today was free cone day nice and all until the lady in the front her name was Emily was rude and was gonna ask for a dipped cone but she never asked and when I was talking about it she walked away, when she gave me my cone I told her if she could dip it and she said you were supposed to tell me when you were ordering.

  This was a waste of money. I ordered a medium chocolate heath bar blizzard. But I was served a vanilla snickers bar instead. Hand to make matters worse.I feel like a guinea pig being that the server was brand new. Sto.\nP here all in a weekly basis when I go to chicago , but never again!!!
