  My best friend and I went to eat late night. This was also mother's day and in full rush. Not one bit of food was over or under cooked, the waitress was wonderful and kind. This mattered because she was also working the bar area. Normally bartenders are overwhelmed and stressed, she wasn't at all. A gentleman by the name of erick came to greet us a few moments after we sat, said he was the manager and that if we needed anything to let him know. We saw him walk over to all the tables in our area from time to time. He helped the staff, and talked to other customers. By the time I left I told my friend that we had to come back it was an entire vibe. Wish I knew the bartenders name, I would have put it in this review also. Keep her, she needs a pay raise for her hospitality alone! THANK YOU CARRABBAS FOR MAKING OUR TIME THERE AMAZING AND PLEASURABLE. See ya again soon...

  We had Graduation dinner. The food was good just alittle disappointed on the chicken dishes size on the protein. But everything else was good from drinks, appetizers, and service. Our server Kenzie was very patient and very knowledgeable about the drinks and food menu. She made our party feel very welcomed.

  It was a rough Mother’s Day and I don’t feel like typing it all out so to summarize: *Waitress used the same dirty rag to clean water off the floor and then immediately used it to wipe off the table * There were bugs in my sons spaghetti- they had a “known pest issue” * Doesn’t really matter but the mozzarella sticks got served to another table We ordered our kids food first and as soon as we saw the bugs we cancelled everything else that was coming. The manager did comp the meal and gave us gift cards for free kids meals. Obviously those won’t be getting used 🙃

  Hands down one of the worst restaurant experiences we’ve ever had. The place was packed, and we were told the wait would be around 45 minutes, which was totally fine with us. But after about 30 minutes, we started noticing multiple families getting seated before us, even though they had arrived way after we did. And these weren’t smaller parties either; they were families the same size as ours or even bigger. We asked twice about our table and were told both times that we would be seated “very soon,” but we ended up waiting another 40+ minutes. By that point, we were ready to leave because our daughters were beyond hungry and couldn’t wait anymore. Once we finally got seated, things somehow got even worse. They took our order, but the food took forever to come out. After more than a hour the restaurant had practically emptied out, yet somehow our food still wasn’t ready. We kept being told “it’ll be right out.” Meanwhile, our 9-month-old baby was exhausted and fussy, so we finally decided we had no choice but to leave. What honestly shocked me the most was how much their customer service has gone downhill. Two years ago, a manager would’ve at least come over to apologize or acknowledge the situation. This time? Nobody came to check on us, apologize, or show any concern at all despite how obvious our frustration was. Completely unacceptable experience.

  Alleigh was such an amazing server at Carrabba’s Italian Grill tonight! She was genuinely one of the sweetest and nicest servers I’ve had in a long time. She was so welcoming, attentive, patient, and made the whole experience feel comfortable and enjoyable. The service was great from start to finish, and you can tell she truly cares about her customers. Thank you Alleigh for being so kind and making our dinner even better!
