  How are yall gonna own the one in quitman and it’s open 7 days a week? Yet you also own the one in Winnsboro and it’s still closed on sundays? Why?

  New to town. So, I made a quick 4 min drive to DQ. Arrived, a young man who was taking my order acted like he was having an issue hearing me or couldn't understand me. Finished giving my order and drove up to the window. Not sure what button(s) I might have pushed but the little girl who handed me my order, she wasn't very pleasant. I hate complaining to a manager, but after she handed me my order and closed the window in my face after I said thank you. And then she reopened the window and asked if there was something I was missing? Oh yeah I replied, yes there is YOUR ATTITUDE! So I asked for the manager and did what I hate doing. But these little kids these days have NO respect for ANYONE!

  Since this location (Winnsboro, Texas) has been bought and is no longer locally owned, I’ve already seen the changes and don’t like it. The food is good as always. Under the old owner your fries, onion rings whatever were always put in a paper sleeve so it looked as if you got more fries (and you did). Now, they’re in the containers under the new owner and you don’t get very much even though you’re paying the same price for it. I knew this was going to happen. Just hope it doesn’t go down hill any further under the new owners like my local DQ has.
