- TLTiffany LarryJun 25, 20261.0Worst ice cream from Baskin Robins I’ve ever had in my life! Bringing my mom home from her 75th birthday trip to New Orleans. We stopped by this Baskin-Robbins bringing back old childhood memories of when she take my sister and I we opted for an ice cream. That was the mistake of my life. It probably ruined all my good for fuzzy feelings about Baskin-Robbins. The ice cream was melted was not put packed in the cone. It was melted before I paid. It is not kept at the temperature that Baskin-Robbins keeps their ice cream by the time I made it to the door. It’s dripping down my hand mind you the store is air-conditioned. It is melting before I can eat it trying to pack it into the cone so that at least I can save some of it before it all drips off as I get to the cone to eat it it is stale rubbery, and it feels like cardboard wrapped around thickened milk 20 minutes down the road I was on the side of I 10 throwing up!!! I hope this doesn’t turn me away from every Baskin-Robbins for the rest of my life. The health department needs to check on them. I do not think their freezer is working properly.
