Today I ordered a regular bagel with cream cheese. I get a pause at the speaker, followed by a “… okay honey. Now, all of our bagels are regular. Did you mean PLAIN?” Ma’am there’s no need to be rude, you can as a follow up question without demeaning someone. Now I’m on my way to my own customer service job where I get tipped well because I know how to treat people properly.

Not buying there again..
