Employee was obnoxious and said we had to tell her what we needed in the mixed dozen box of donuts BEFORE she could ring it up. Then she got the order completely wrong and had to throw half the donuts away because she had already put them in the box. Putting donuts in a box may be the easiest job there is.

Some old bat in front of me ordered enough crap to feed the 82nd Airborne and then apparently was dissatisfied and wanted a full refund, so that took forever. Not really the store's fault, but I do wish there was some kind of item limit on drive-thru orders at restaurants, or at the very least, the sense to tell people with such orders to pull into a parking space instead of holding up the line. The coffee was very good, the kolache was sub-par, but that was the expectation.
