  I prefer and enjoy the cupped pepperoni on the thin pizza and the story I tell myself is last night after my pizza was made it was the discovered I had asked for extra cheese. Instead of remaking the pizza, the extra cheese was tossed on top so it was a cheese pizza with pepperoni oil seeping from the cheese layers and no crunchy wonderful pep sitting on top to enjoy.

  Zero stars for food, service, and atmosphere. I have lived in Wimberley since 2021, and my husband and I have been frequent customers of this Pizza Hut. Over the years, we’ve had numerous issues with our orders, including missing items and mistakes, but we’ve continued to give this location the benefit of the doubt. Our most recent experience on Sunday was the final straw. We ordered the Throwback Deal with personal pizzas, redeemed reward points for cinnamon sticks and marinara, and paid extra for a cream cheese dip because we enjoy it with the cinnamon sticks. Our delivery arrived well past the estimated time. When I called the store, I was simply told the driver was still out making other deliveries. While delays happen, better communication would have been appreciated. When our order finally arrived, the pizzas looked as though all of the cheese had slid into the center, leaving the outer portions looking more like breadsticks than pizza. On top of that, the items we redeemed rewards for and paid extra for—including the dips—were completely missing. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time we’ve had missing items from this location. The most concerning part was what happened afterward. Overnight into Monday, both my husband and I became severely ill after eating the food. My husband was so sick that he was vomiting throughout the night and it smelled exactly like the Pizza Hut restaurant. He was unable to go to work the next day. We can say with certainty what caused our illness and the timing was extremely concerning and has left us with no confidence in this restaurant. After years of giving this location chance after chance, we’ve reached the point where we won’t be ordering from this Pizza Hut again. If we decide to have Pizza Hut in the future, we’ll be driving to another town. This has been an incredibly disappointing experience from a restaurant we’ve supported for years.

  Kind of retro, which was fun for this GenX girl! The pizza was amazing and delicious! We had a pan pizza. It was only $12! Great price for a great pizza!

  We visited Wimberley on vacation and ordered pizza from this place after spending the day on the river. This is the best Pizza Hut I have been to in 40 years. We're from Dallas, and this place reminded us of the ones around here from when we were in high school. I love the original red and white tablecloths!
