- LSLana SMay 12, 20261.0Came into H-E-B today with my service dog and had a very disappointing experience. One of the employees approached me wanting to pet and interact with my dog. I politely told them no, since service animals are working and should not be distracted. My dog barked once, and instead of handling the situation professionally, I was asked to leave. To make matters worse, the manager was extremely rude when I called about the situation. I never expected this kind of treatment from H-E-B. Very unprofessional and upsetting experience overall. I will not be returning.
