  I am a big fan of Sonic. However AVOID THIS LOCATION LIKE THE EBOLA VIRUS! The store manager Miriam is a joke. After 10 attempts at ordering on my App. I finally gave up and tried to order and redeem my reward at the counter, Miriam's solution "pay full price and take it up with the app people" she added "I'm not the sonic app that's between you and them not me coz I'm here in store" it's amazing she was promoted to a leadership position by the the GM Dulce. I only know that after asking who I could email so they could fix their ongoing issues with the app that never works. After all that, they tried to deliver 2 wrong orders, after checking my order, and handing someone else food, they didn't remake it, they took it to the right person. They should have apologized to the person and remade their order. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID!

  Person on intercom was short. Talked over us when we tried to order for four with "what else. " Same way at the window when we corrected 1 drink for a water. Seemed rushed but we were the only ones at drive thru. Tater tots were oily and super soft. Skip this location.
