  Ordered chicken sandwich with fries with baha sauce which is cheese they said don't do that. Ordered chicken tenders with onion rings got fries.

  They have you order on phones, which are very static employees are sitting there taking orders while playing slot machines the place is dirty. The food sucks. Definitely will not be back.

  SONIC YOU'LL REALLY NEED TO DO BETTER,I CAME TUESDAY AND GOT A $7 MEAL DEAL NOTHING EXTRA. AN IT WAS $7.58. NOW TODAY I GO BACK TO THE SAME SONIC AND WILMA OFF OF 45 AND BELTLINE AND THAT SAME EXACT MEAL THAT I GOT THE SAME EXACT WAY WAS $8.01 NOW SOMEONE NEEDS TO GET THIS RIGHT. AND I HAD THE RECEIPTS TO PROVE THAT I ADDED NOTHING EXTRA EITHER TIME. I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK

  This is the worst Sonic I’ve ever been too. The customer service is POOR, food is POOR. They don’t even greet you when you arrive at the intercom you literally sit there and yell HELLO. They let happy hour run them instead of them running happy hour. They be so far behind and very nonchalant about it. Needs new management and structure because this is unacceptable.
