  When I got my pizza, it was stale and could not eat it. Called the store and they rushed to get me off the phone.

  I have given enough time for this establishment to correct their wrongdoings and they replied to this review asking me to please email them personally and provided an email… I email them and ZERO RESPONSE!!!!! I need to call my bank and dispute this charge because I didn’t receive MY order and I was MISSING MULTIPLE ITEMS!!! So my next steps are dispute the charges and file a complaint with Pizza Hut corporate office and The BBB! I refuse to allow you to steal money from me! You refuse to respond from the email you provided me! I am BEYOND UPSET!!!!!! Sunday, June 28th,2026 around 4pm-6pm I ordered a large meal for my family and I to a hotel (Springhill suites by Marriott)… I ordered Pizzas, Chicken Pasta, wings, cinnamon rolls and 4 bottles of Dr Pepper… I paid in full and also left a $10 tip… The food arrived and I immediately noticed my drinks were not delivered.. I ran down to try and catch him before he left but he sped out of the parking lot… I call to ask the manager (young male-never got his name) and asked to have them delivered.. He said “We are short staffed, can you come to the store and pick them up?” I told him no bc I am on vacation, i flew in and was ubered to my hotel ! He said they only use 3rd party delivery bc they are short staffed.. I told him I need my drinks bc I have a disorder that I cannot swallow and I need a soda to help me swallow.. I have a narrowed esophagus and the expansion of the soda helps me swallow.. I then told him I no longer want the meal since they didn’t send my entire meal! He said he’d refund me. I hang up, just to find out, it wasn’t even our order!!!!! I wish I knew so I could’ve at least tell him I didn’t receive our ranch, the chicken pasta was regular pasta without chicken and it was so watery, it looked like cereal!!! Then, we only had 5wings in our wing container!!! Our cheese bread was smashed to smithereens!! We didn’t receive our 4 Dr Pepper’s, so I had to go to the lobby and pay $20 to get 4 dr pepper’s!!!!! On top of a $60 bill, I had to pay $20 more dollars just to have a drink!! So When I told the manager to come pick up the food, give me my money back, he said he would! Well, my account was never refunded and the worst part, it shows they are charging me $7 more for some reason!!! I’m soo upset bc if they cannot give me my money back, that’s theft!! I didn’t order the stuff they sent me, they didn’t send me the stuff that I DID PAY FOR!!!! I’m going to consult with my attorney and also If this isn’t settled quickly, I’m going to file a complaint with the BBB and with Pizza HUT! Go look at my hotel and look at the 3 pizza places within walking distance, yet I chose yall!!! The worst part, EVERY TIME I CALL THE LOCATION, THEY NEVER ANSWER!!! These are the amounts that posted and the new amount trying to come out! The cinnamon rolls were about the size of a quarter! I’ve never seen them that small! I really wished this worked out!

  Buyer beware! I received my order and it was missing some items. I called and talked to a girl that said she was the assistant manager. She wouldn't give me her name and became annoyed when I said I couldn't drive to the store to get my items and wanted a refund. She sighed into the phone clearly annoyed when I said just give me a refund, which she had offered as an option, and she said oh I can't do that until tomorrow. When I stated I had never heard of that in any business she claimed they are changing systems then hung up on me when I asked her name. I called back and she screamed I was rude and that if I wanted my stuff then to come get it at the store. She finally said her name was Kristen. My problem was never resolved so this could happen 4/5 times a day and she's pocketing the money or something. Very very rude and unhelpful.

  I ordered pizza here tonight and I received one of the PRETTIEST made pizza’s ever. I was highly impressed and it tasted even better

  Willow Park Pizza Hut is awesome. 9 times out 10 they're quick to deliver. The food is hot, fresh and tastes good. Having leftovers the next day is good too.
