  I recently placed a large order for a group of 45 people from Pizza Hut in Willis and Angela provided exceptional customer service from start to finish. She was extremely friendly, helped me with all of my selections, answered every question thoroughly, and even provided an excellent discount. She also ensured the driver arrived on time, which made the entire experience stress-free. I am giving Angela and the entire team five stars because I was completely satisfied with both the food and the outstanding service I received. Thank you for making our event a success.

  They messed up our online order (no big deal) didnt include sauce. Went back and they argued that they did with nothing included (no big deal) once we got back home we realized the pizza was incorrect so we had to go back a third time and they didnt care that it was wrong. Upon asking for a refund multiple times the man just smirked and laughed again were just asking for a refund for a incorrect thing. I know a single review will not change anything but its sad to see how little people care about service, customers, cleanliness or a job. Very sad.

  This location is takeout only. It doesn't look big enough to dine in. It isn't large enough inside to handle more than one customer at a time but people squeeze themselves in.

  Angela, the manager at Pizza Hut, was amazing! Great customer service, super friendly, and made sure everything was perfect. Really appreciate the fast service and positive attitude. Thanks for making it a great experience!

  Pizza Hut at Willis location ! Angela gave the best costumer service she was fast and very helpful with everything I needed here for my daughter’s birthday today !
