- MMMom On The MapMay 1, 20264.0This H-E-B is very nice, especially since it’s newer and well maintained. The store itself is clean and pleasant to shop in. We also love the extra touch of the kids’ shopping carts — it makes the trip much more fun for little ones. Another highlight is Sushi Wednesday — the sushi is always fresh and a great deal. The only downside is the parking lot, which can feel a bit chaotic due to all the surrounding shops and stores. Overall, a great location with just a minor parking challenge.

- LSL SApr 22, 20261.0An ongoing disappointment with this store. Went to pick up prescriptions and then a few groceries. Twelve items. The cashier, Rebecca, requested to check my bag of prescriptions that was in the bottom of the cart. The groceries were in the top part of the cart. Rebecca wasn’t nice about it either- accusing me of shoplifting. I ended up bagging my own groceries at first to be helpful- but then she just stood there flirting it up with another cashier who had taken my place at the checkout while I was bagging. So I was kind of stuck. Like neither one of them could have stepped in and done their job? Of course not! While I was bagging Rebecca announced my total- pissed I wasn’t done bagging fast enough. There was no one else in line behind me. She didn’t even thank me for doing her job or apologize for falsely accusing me of shoplifting. These people… Easy to see why this H‑E‑B stopped having receipts with surveys. Thankfully, Google has options. Watch for the H‑E‑B canned response to posts telling customers to call them. Nope. Nada. You blew it H‑E‑B Willis. Kroger is just across the highway. Bye bye!
