  If I could give zero stars, I would. We ordered a cake for a baby shower 4-5 days before the pick up date. We were horrified when we arrived to pick up the cake. The cake only had lettering on it. Nothing else. It was not centered and literally looked like a child did it. No border of any kind or any type decoration. Obviously, we were shocked at how terrible it looked and expressed our concerns. The lady in the bakery was the one who took the order initially and was there when it was picked up. In response to our shock and dismay, she said she could add baby shoes on it to help with the appearance and then later offered to add some sprinkles around the perimeter of the cake since it still looked awful. Because we had to have it the next day, this was the pathetic looking cake we had to use. How anyone would think this is ok, is baffling. This is not a small HEB, and we expected to have something that looked like it had been ordered from the HEB bakery with competent adults working there. Whoever manages this department certainly needs further training. Is there any quality control? Under no circumstances would this be considered acceptable. I have never experienced an HEB bakery that could not produce a delicious and beautiful cake. The Willis HEB bakery was our first and only terrible experience. It literally looks like a child made this cake. This location is NOT the place to order a cake - especially when needed for a special occasion. I would love to hear a response to this from management.

  Huge store but even bigger crowd. I’d avoid going on a Saturday afternoon unless you like feeling smushed between people shopping and employee order picker carts.

  Customer service while checking out was shockingly horrible, please hire people that understand that being intentionally rude and embarrassing for the customer is not good for business.

  It's nice but parking is a nightmare, drive up orders on several occasions hadny frozen food out apparently and ice cream and items for melted which had to be trashed. So just go in because orders get ruined and they dont bother looking for the items you actually order. Yet when you walk in there they are. Lazy lazy shoppers kn drive up.

  Good location. I drove 45 minutes just to shop this store. Great foods selections especially meat department with Fair prices. Bought the quality 3 pack Ribeye steaks as well as other groceries. Knowledgeable and helpful employees for very busy Sunday. Very Clean store. I Am very pleased with this store.
