  I usually enjoy coming to this Dutch Bros because the employees are normally friendly and welcoming, which is one of the reasons I choose to stop here. However, my experience on Sunday around 4:55 p.m. was very disappointing. When I got to the window a white guy (the employee )helping me quickly read back my order so fast that I couldn’t understand what he was saying. Before I could ask him to repeat it, he walked away without any further communication. When he returned with my drink, he handed it to me without saying anything and simply stared at me, which made the interaction feel very awkward and uncomfortable. As I started rolling up my window, he came back holding a straw and was waving it toward me without saying a word. Since he wasn’t communicating, I told him, “I don’t want the straw.” As I drove away, I heard him loudly say, “You’re welcome.” I was surprised because there hadn’t been any friendly interaction or conversation leading up to that. It came across as sarcastic and unprofessional. I’m always understanding if someone is having a bad day, but this interaction felt unnecessarily uncomfortable from beginning to end. Dutch Bros has built a reputation for friendly, positive customer service, so this experience was very unexpected. I hope management looks into it so future customers receive the welcoming service the company is known for.

  As someone who recently moved to the area and purchased a home locally, I have been searching for a new go to coffee shop. After visiting the Dutch Bros location in Willis, Texas, I can confidently say I found one. My experience was outstanding, thanks to Sam D. From the moment I arrived, she was professional, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. I ordered the 911, which was prepared perfectly, but what truly made the visit memorable was the exceptional level of customer service she provided. Sam went above and beyond to ensure my order was correct while taking the time to engage with customers in a sincere and positive manner. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and warm personality created an inviting atmosphere that made me feel like a valued customer rather than just another order in line. It is clear that Sam takes great pride in her work and is committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience. The Willis Dutch Bros is fortunate to have her on their team, and employees like her are a major reason customers continue to return. Thank you, Sam D for the outstanding service and hospitality.
