  Usually love this location but last time I went I ordered an OG Gummy Bear lemonade and got…not that. I even asked at the counter when they gave it to me if it was right - and she just said yes and moved me along. Because, girl what is this?? 😅 I should have went back but there was a line.

  The service was great, but this was the most bland and tasteless coffee I’ve ever had. Idk how people drink this stuff.

  The young lady who took my order was super friendly and welcoming, and was moving quickly to take people's orders. I ordered the Mocha Cold Brew with Soft Top, but what they gave me was definitely NOT that. The car in front of me had to return there drink twice to have it fixed as well. My coffee came out looking like watery coffee with no mocha and no soft top. I asked the girl if she was bringing me the correct coffee, and told her what I had ordered. She looked extremely confused when I asked her where the soft top was, almost like she had no idea what that even was. She comes back out a few minutes later when the same coffee, but with a dismal amount of the cold foam on top. The coffee still looked like it didn't have mocha in it, but the cup had the word mocha written on it, so I assumed maybe they had mixed it in really well and gone light on the mocha. After driving away, I also realized they had forgotten the mocha drizzle that is supposed to come on top of the cold foam. The coffee had ZERO mocha flavoring in it, despite the cup having the word mocha written on it. I paid $6 for a watery, plain iced coffee because the people making it apparently don't seem to know their menu. I am super disappointed, but hope maybe the manager at this location can do some better training with the staff on how to prepare the items from their menu. I want this location to do well, especially since their staff is friendly and seems to want to do well!

  Paying almost 10$ for a drink and getting THIS is absurd. I asked for light ice and they missed that one. And I know the girl making the drink had an attitude. No one told you to top off with ice like girl chill I said LIGHT ice. I ordered a kicker and tell me why my drink is so White? She needs to be retrained or something seriously and get some customer service training as well. This is my 3rd interaction with the same “barista” and it’s always slam this slam that. Like do your job correctly. I’ve never in my life tasted a kicker tha taste like this it’s like maple or something EW
