I came in last Sunday at around 8 pm, the woman who took my order was friendly and prompt. I ordered a banana split, cherry dipped cone and 4 piece chicken meal. We pull up to the drive through and I see a bunch of teenagers standing around while an older woman does everything, they are also looking at the order screen with confusion. There was a family car ahead of me also waiting so long to the point the mother had to go in to receive whatever it was she needed. We ended up waiting about 10-15 min outselves after a young man who spoke in a whisper tone got out payment. They gave us no direction to pull up or how long it might take. Then right after they take payment, I’m handed the ice cream before our meals, I don’t understand why everyone at this location has the hardest time dipping the cones. I’m always handed a horribly dipped cone that’s melted and not hard. That’s spilling all over the place and unevenly coated. It was spilling so much that the whispering kid while laughing offered me a handful of napkins as it spilled all over me. I don’t know about yall, but when napkins as thin as there’s gets wet it sticks to everything and starts disintegrating. So my ice cream had chunks of wet paper on it by the time I was actually able to start eating it. This is happening while we waited 10-15 min for our chicken while watching the kids doing nothing but gawking at a screen and laughing with each other as the older woman did most of the work. Every time I come here it’s a long wait with no cars, kids doing nothing but standing around, and cones that melt into your lap and all over the car.

So I had the worst experience ever at this location. Buyer beware, don’t leave your purse, phone, or anything of value unattended!!! The employees will STEAL your items and LIE that they never seen it. It was yesterday at around 8:50pm-9pm on Tuesday May 19th, 2026 during the heavy rain that my iPhone disappeared. There was 2 females and 2 males (the boys were young, and there was one girl around her 20s-30s, and an older woman working that night shift). I don’t know if there was a 5th worker, but I’m 1000% sure of those 4. They pretended to not know what happened to my IPhone 17, and they let me go through the restaurant and obviously it wasn’t there anymore because it was already in someone’s car. Dripping wet in the rain we started to PING the phone & Kept calling it Every single second. The Find My IPhone kept pinging the phone in the back of the Dairy Queen in the park lot where the employees park their cars. We had parked on the other side of Dairy Queen (Entrance side Through The Drive Through), the phone’s Find Me had pinged to the location of a White Buick SUV (No other car was parked near it), and yes we searched the trash cans and didn’t find it there. We had gone through the drive thru asking to have the phone back, and we wouldn’t call the police or press charges for theft. They kept saying, they were innocent, and we had showed them where the phone kept pinging and that we were certain that it was inside the vehicle, and the younger woman let us see inside her car, but as soon as I opened her car, she immediately ran towards the car, to make noise, I wasn’t going to steal her shit, I didn’t want her stuff, I just wanted my phone back because there was beautiful baby pictures of my kids that weren’t backed up yet and I wouldn’t of gotten them back. Anyways, after the poorly and interrupted viewing of seeing her car, we kept pinging and waiting, and we called the Police, and told us a Patrol Officer was going to come, we were ready to get the phone, and we went through the drive thru one last time to ask for the phone back, or else the police would of retrieved the phone from them and we would 1000% press charges for theft. After 30 minutes, I had asked my husband to go on the side where we had parked, and LOW & Behold, My Phone Appeared Next to a White Sedan near the Drivers Passenger Tire on the wet, rainy ground. The IDIOTS got scared and chucked the phone there, Where Our Car was NEVER Parked, NOR Near it, and it had MAGICALLY Moved 30 Feet North, In the Rain. Our car was parked below away from ALL the cars, 3-4 Parking spots away and South of all the other cars because we wanted the closest to the entrance. I found my phone, perfectly safe, No water damage, etc. I’m glad they got scared early, before anything else happened. Sucks that their employees behave this way, what a shame.
