  I have been here a few times and every time the tables are dirty - even when the restaurant is empty and employees are standing around. Last time we asked for a rag so we could wipe down a table and the lady seemed grumpy. She wiped down our one table and then headed back to the kitchen even though the other tables were disgusting. I can't imagine the kitchen stays very clean or sanitary.

  there’s no reason the cook should prioritize cleaning at 9:20pm on a saturday than cooking. out of white rice, out of pico, the meat dry, to go orders were prioritized over customers in the store, stood there for 5 mins before we were even acknowledged. the only reason i’m even writing this review is because this has happened to me several times and it’s ridiculous.

  I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at Chipotle. To start, the protein portion I received was extremely small. I also tried the new Chicken Asado, and honestly, it tasted almost identical to the regular chicken, which made the experience even more disappointing. The most frustrating part, however, was the service. I ordered regular chili-lime chips, and the staff refused to give me a regular-size bag of chips. This was around 6:00 PM on a Friday evening. There were approximately 20 large bags of chips already prepared, yet the staff would not prepare a single regular-size bag. The young woman working the register, an older gentleman, and the rest of the staff simply stood there while we looked at each other in silence. I genuinely could not understand why fulfilling such a simple request was being treated like an unreasonable inconvenience. The overall atmosphere was also uncomfortable. Employee morale appeared extremely low, and the staff seemed unhappy and disengaged. Whatever is happening at this location, management needs to address it because customers can absolutely feel it. I’m paying Chipotle prices and expect appropriate portions and reasonable customer service. Refusing to prepare a regular bag of chips when the restaurant clearly has chips available is ridiculous. This location needs better training, stronger management, and employees who are willing to provide basic customer service.

  4 stars because they have gotten better about the amount of food they give you. However, the employees come off as you are a problem. The place kind of fills like a ghost town. As if no one wants to eat inside because of the employees. I see people eating outside on a 100 degree day with no one inside. Also, I learned that if I order to go. Every time its as if they put basically nothing in my bowl. I have noticed ordering inside I get more food then if I do it online. I like Chipotle its just this location the people working there seem to avoid doing work. They work for the check and are going to do as little as possible to get it.

  Terrible. When I walked in nearly every table was dirty. After my son and I ordered there was a domestic in the restaurant with an employee and the manager. Employee was screaming, pacing, threatening others. Manager and employees all hid and left the deranged employee to pace and scream around customers. Employee left and was apparently fired but then re-entered the facility threw his work clothes all over the place continued to scream and threaten all while the manager just hid like a child. My 10 year old was traumatized. Manager never said anything really to us, never offers to comp our food, nothing. What an absolutely terrible facility. We will NEVER return.
