The drive-thru line can be backed all the way out of the parking lot, and you'll still be through it in about five minutes. These folks have the process down to a science. No matter how busy they are, the service is always friendly, the orders are accurate, and the food is consistently hot and fresh. It's impressive to watch a restaurant handle that kind of volume without sacrificing quality or customer service. If you're in Willis and looking for a quick meal, this location is hard to beat. Keep up the great work.

The drive thru was busy as usual but I made my way to the front of the line without too much trouble. Everyone in front of me got their food and pulled out. I get to the window and he gives me my drink and tells me to pull around and park and someone would bring my food out. I asked why after seeing everyone else leave. He told me they were backed up. I pulled around and waited, and waited, and waited. I counted the cars leaving the drive thru expecting for someone else to have to pull around. On car count 6 with them all pulling away, I started to get upset. I flagged down someone that looked like a manager bringing food to cars. She asked my name and went in. I waited yet another several minutes until another girl comes out and hands me my food. No apology, no nothing. I asked why he sent me around when everyone in line behind me left, final count 9 cars, and she said that they were waiting on filets. I said, you are telling me that none of the 9 people behind me and the 4 curbside cars that were served before me didn't order anything with a chicken filet at CHIKFILA!!! I had 2 freaking biscuits. That's it. The wait isn't what bothered me. They obviously overlooked my order then made up another excuse instead of just admitting they forgot me and apologize. This has happened before and I didn't say anything. I tried calling and no one answered the phone. Now I won't be back to this one and I will encourage all others to go to a different location. Way to ruin a day. Thank Chickfila!
