Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
Stopped in here tonight before going to the hotel. The manager on duty was Abriella. She was the one who took my order. She was fast, efficient, polite, professional, and helpful. She runs a tight crew. All the employees had their shirts tucked in, and professional looking. This is rare nowadays. Thank you Abriella and crew for a wonderful experience. It is truly appreciated in this day.

Ordered breakfast for pickup at 4 AM. It was a huge order so allowed some extra time before I arrived. Wasn't ready after 2 hours and over an hour of sitting in store

I'm a disabled veteran who is crippled and I use a walker
Ive ate at the Whataburger on Central Freeway East in Wichita Falls Texas almost everyday for a long time. On Sunday I went to their drive up and ordered a Cobb Salad and a chicken sandwich. They gave me the wrong order and charged me too much. I went inside with my walker. I waited forever and the workers there treated me bad. After an hour of waiting I got my order w no apologies nor a free meal or anything. Needless to say I complained to their corporate has. That entire crew and whoever was the on floor manager there should all be fired immediately

The worst whataburger in Texas. Dirty. Slow. Poorly trained. Embarrassing example of a Texas staple.

Don’t expect for your food to A) be quick B) be they way you ordered it C) friendly service. Plan on spending at LEAST 30-45 minutes waiting on your food, and make sure to check it before you leave. Don’t do like us and spend $45.00 and get home with things that aren’t what you ordered and things you can’t eat.
If you really want Whataburger, do yourself a favor and drive to Burk. They actually make sure you get what you ordered.
