- ALAdam LeiSep 26, 20263.0As of September 26, 2026, this particular store no longer accepts credit cards as a payment method for the purchase of third-party gift cards (e.g., Home Depot gift cards; cash or debt card payment only). I was surprised since I have bought third-party gift cards in this store using credit card payments for years. When asked whether it's a new policy to not allow the use of credit cards for third-part gift card purchases, the store service desk responded that the purchase of third-party gift cards "was not supposed to" be paid by credit cards, implying that it's an existing policy that had not been enforced consistently.

- SCSherri CSep 4, 20263.0If you’ve ever wanted to experience the thrilling sensation of grocery shopping on the surface of Mercury, United Supermarkets has built the perfect simulation. They have bravely boycotted the tyrannical concepts of "trees," "landscaping," or "photosynthesis." It is just a vast, blinding tundra of naked asphalt that stretches out into the horizon. But the real emotional rollercoaster begins when you leave. Because they have aggressively chosen not to include cart wells, the moment you unload your groceries, you are faced with a moral dilemma: do you walk your cart a quarter-mile back to the storefront in 105 degree heat, or do you let it loose into the wild?
- TJTom JonesAug 7, 20261.0Some of the most rude employees I’ve ever come across in Wichita Falls at any of the grocery stores and that’s including Walmart.
- VVvegetin01Aug 1, 20261.0The manager Ron or something is incredibly rude. Love United but not this one. Bad experience every time he’s been in the store. The other employees even act different when he’s around.
