  Just moved here decided to try this sonic down the street and the cashier Daniella was extremely rude while taking our order rushing us to order something when there was only like four or five cars that had already gotten their orders. That’s just something customers don’t want to experience when moving to a new city.

  9pm on June 7th girl taking orders was awful. Took 10 minutes to answer the intercom thing. Wrote down our order wrong and when we were trying to correct her she hung up the intercom thing and wouldn't answer it again. Super rude crappy service. This is why there are 14 people in line wrapped around the block at dairy queen next door and only 3 people at sonic. The kids these days working at this place are entitled and sucky. We left and ended up going to DQ. I advise others it's worth the wait to do the same and avoid sonic.

  I've been to this Sonic location multiple times—most of the time just for drinks—and have never received my order all the way correct. The staff is often rude when I kindly ask for my drinks to be fixed. At this point, I'm going to stop coming here, and I can't say I recommend it to anyone else.

  I placed an online sonic order through the sonic app at 2:00 P.M. we get there at approximately 2:10 and it informed us that the order will be ready at 2:15. We finally get there I checked in through the app to let them know we were there for our order. We sat their for well over 40 minutes as we sat their we noticed everybody was getting their order before us after we got their first. I go up to the gentleman about our order and he told me that he will go check on it. After 20 more minutes of waiting for our order in comes back and said he didn’t have our order at all. I showed him my confirmation number and the order info. Finally after 5 more minutes he comes back with our order. The drinks had soda all over the cups. The service here is slow and an inconvenience and inadequate service. We were extremely frustrated that we had to wait this long for 2 route 44 Dr. Peppers.
