  I found a skin flake in my drink and the app said 4:12 pm but we got the food at about 4:45 pm for a cheeseburger and cherry limeade. I had to leave out the online order stall and go to the regular stall to actually get their attention. None of the workers had gloves on and while we waited we saw them dancing and having conversations outside, the sonic managers keep responding to these google reviews saying sorry but for years this location has had issues with no improvements.

  Yall don’t get no stars. Yall wanna serve people old sandwiches. Meat that had been cooked again. Lettuce that is brown. The pickles were even old they were dry. Serve slushies that have spit in it. Will never be goin there again and the other one made us sick. Also asked for a refund the employee that answered started getting upset and cursing me out.

  I normally go to sonic frequently. But today who ever was manning the speaker 8/15/2026 at 7pm needs to be fired. They forgot to add items to the order, cut us off while ordering, and her attitude was just horrendous. I dont usually go out of my way to do a review but today I had to. Horrible service, the runner was sweet and she gave good service though.

  Came over at about 9:50 pm on 10/14/2026 and had pulled in to get some food. I had pressed the button and ended up waiting 10 minutes for the girl to answer. She finally answered after I started driving off. Ended up going to Mcds instead.

  I ordered food for pick up at 2:45pm and waited till almost 4pm for my food this is outrageous there is no reason a 3 peace tender and some fries should take 2 hours and no one ever came out to keep me updated i understand places get busy but this is not okay when im one of three cars in the parking lot
