Lost my debit card over some mozzarella sticks, still charged me though. Hassle canceling the card, waiting. Not worth it. Got talked to like I'm making it up. Never again.

While the food was good, and the server who brought us our food Cindy, was very sweet. One of your associates, Brintett, was very snappy towards my partner over a simple mistake when ordering food at the drive in stalls.
My partner asked for a cheeseburger combo forgetting to tell her what he wanted for a side and drink. He went onto ordering my meal to which he saw the error on screen, apologized and let her know he misspoke. She proceeded to huff into the mic and snap “ what do you want for the combo?” when my partner gave her the rest of his order there was a long pause and she proceeded to repeat his order with the same snappy tone.
While I know food service is a hard job to do, especially when handling customers. There is a specific amount of professionalism needed when a mistake is made by a customer, the associate seems to not be trained that properly. The mistake was a genuine mistake, and from what it sounded like the associate took it as if we were the hostile party which was definitely not the case in this instance. Please do better.

Ordered a burger and had a long brown hair in it. I pressed the button and asked to speak to the manager. She told me it was not possible because the cooks were both African American and that was not their hair insinuating I had put the hair in it. I only wanted to eat my burger without hair.. asked for a refund and declined asking if they can make my burger again. No, I already waited 30 minutes for my food. I do not have time to wait again. Manager acted like nothing and walked off… I took a look in the kitchen and none of them are wearing hair protectors. Wasted my money and time.

I had Sonic like a week ago and it was very delicious. The strawberry shake was made amazingly and the chicken sandwich was absolutely good. My two friends also loved their food and said it was the best food ever.
Never been gas lit by a fast food cashier but there’s a first for everything. Ordered an item, then she said, if there’s isn’t anything else your total is… I said I would also like “ ” (item) the intercom was off. So I get up to the window I said I would also like “ “ (item). She said, that needs to be on another ticket. I said, I was trying to order the other “item” but the intercom shut off. She said, well when I hear you say, that’s all. I said, I never said that. She said, I know what I heard sir. Who’s going to sit and argue with a fast food cashier? I got what “she heard” and left. Good luck with business Sonic, the only reason this place has survived is because it’s right off a military base where training members don’t have vehicles. 20 March 2026 at 9:20, 2 ladies by the window but only talked to 163 Mackinzi according to the slip.
