  I just had an awful experience. It's a shame that this is the location closest to my daughter's school. We will be going out of our way to go elsewhere.

  Worst attitude I've ever experienced at a fast food restaurant. If you don't want to deal with people then get a different job

  Carhop delivering the food was rude but gave us our order of 3 blasts, 2 medium and a small. We realize after she walked away that we were holding 2 smalls and a medium, we ask for them to fix it, they did, a second kinder employee delivered it, we go home thinking everything is fine. We go to eat them and every single one is made with spoiled ice cream. Nasty, inedible. We called to let them know the $20 ice creams we just bought were spoilt. They told us they change their ice cream regularly and that if we come back they would remake or refund it. We however, had already spat out and dumped our cups in the trash, then calmed down our kiddo who was heartbroken and feeling ill from the nasty ice cream she ate before she realized. we let them know we won’t be coming back, since we can’t give them the ice cream back. We let them know they should sample their machines to see what’s wrong.
