  Sonic has gone down hill badly, the food quality and customer service has gone to crap. Ice cream used to be so good and now they hardly give you any in your sundae.. I guess it won’t be long before this store closes like the others recently did

  Sonic has gone to crap as far as customer service, I used to live getting ice cream from there but no more. You order a sundae and there’s little to no ice cream and no whip topping. When you ask about it they blame it on corporate. Just know these stores are franchise stores. There is no corporate office telling them anything only owners. Maybe that’s why the other 2 stores recently closed

  The recent change to their parking is ridulous. They need to change it back to where every parking place is for all their services.

  Every once in a while you have a long wait or fed up carhop but DEFINITELY the best sonic in Wichita and I just love Katie she’s like constantly a ball of sunshine!!! I’ll be back again and again the food is always fresh in my experience and to deal with employees like Katie restores my faith in humanity.
