  I wish I could give zero 000000 On August 2, 2026, I visited this store to purchase pizza and wings. I was disappointed with the wings because they looked more like chicken nuggets than the wings I expected. After my visit, I completed a customer survey about my experience. On August 7, 2026, I received a phone call from a lady called Browning Crysta regarding my survey. We spoke for more than three minutes. During the conversation, Crysta apologized and told me that she was giving me a $25 store credit that I could use at that location on any food order within one month. On August 29, 2026, I called the store to order pizza and wings. When I asked to use the $25 credit, the employees kept going back and forth about it. Eventually, the same lady (Browning Crysta) who had called me on August 7 got on the phone. To my surprise, Crysta denied ever calling me or giving me a $25 credit. Crysta said there was no record of the credit in their system nore call records on their system showing she ever called me. She then asked whether I had another phone number. I gave her my second number, but Crysta said there was nothing in the system under that number either. The way the situation was handled made me feel as though I was being accused of lying just to get free food. I would never call a store and make up a story to get free food. Despite how uncomfortable the situation made me feel, I still decided to go to the store, pick up my order, and pay for it myself. While I was driving and getting close to the store, the lady (Browning Crysta) called me and asked whether I still wanted my order. Crysta also informed me that they did not have lemon pepper flavor for the chicken. I told her that I would just take the pizza. When I arrived at the store, I showed Crysta my phone's call log from August 7, which clearly showed that I had received a call from Browning Crysta that the conversation lasted more than three minutes. I explained again that I would never lie to get free food and that I felt the way this situation was handled was very dishonest. Browning Crysta is very dishonest. I wonder how a person with that level of dishonesty will handle a business. When I tried to pay for my pizza, I was then told that the pizza was free. I refused the free pizza because, after everything that had happened, I did not feel comfortable accepting free food from them. I asked them to charge my card for the pizza instead. They told me there was no way for me to pay for it. I then offered another solution: I would place a new order and pay for that order. Instead of allowing me to do that, the Crysta the dishonest lady told me that if I would not take the free pizza, I should leave the store. I found the entire experience extremely disappointing and disrespectful. My concern was never about getting free food. It was about the fact that i was promised a $25 credit, then later made to feel as though I was lying about it. Even after I showed proof of the August 7 phone call, I was not given a reasonable explanation for what happened. I simply wanted the store to honor what I had been told or acknowledge that the call and conversation had taken place. Instead, I left feeling embarrassed and poorly treated as a customer. Dishonesty is not a good quality to manage a store.

  I placed a delivery order over the app and called to check the status after a while. They reassured me that they were working on my order after an extreme situation causing setbacks was resolved. Despite the stress they were under, I was spoken to respectfully and with genuine sympathy for how my order wasn't ready by the time the estimate gave. An unexpectedly high level of professionalism for the circumstances. Thank you very much to those kind people tonight! It's you who make me choose this establishment over others. Shout out to the cool delivery driver too!

  We usually leave a card tip but the last several times DoorDash has picked it up and Pizza Hut keeps the tip.😡
