  I order here a lot! Even if it’s delivery, it’s always hot and so much better than any other location in this town!! The ONE time there was a legit ‘mishap’ with my order, they went above and beyond to make things right, and didn’t make me feel bad for mentioning it. They were ALL very professional and kind and care about the food they are putting out, as well as the customers satisfaction !! Highly recommend THIS Pizza Hut over any other in town. Thank yall !!!!

  I’ll start by saying they included a free order of cheese sticks to make up for the bs. Also, I ordered a bottle of Diet Pepsi and they gave me Dr. Pepper instead. I also ordered a blue cheese and a ranch dipping sauce, they gave me two ranches. On my pizza I ordered pepperoni and double cured pepperoni on top of that. Looks like I just got one layer of cured pepperoni. The pizza itself tastes fine but what a joke. Who’s running this place? A child? Barely any sauce on my wings and they’re completely cold. I paid over $40 for this and got trash. Continue reading to see what happened before I got my food. I knew I should’ve just canceled the order when they called me telling me they were out of pan dough. Idk how this place has 4 stars. I made an order at 6:40 PM, the website said it would be delivered at 7:30. I’m watching the tracker and it said it was being made around 7:10. 7:30 rolls around and I still didn’t get my food. I’m still watching the tracker and I get a call from them at about 7:45 telling me they don’t have pan dough. It took them that long to call and tell me they don’t have pan dough. I asked if they had stuffed crust or medium pan and they said no and I settled for hand tossed. The communication was terrible. I’m staying out of town for work and need to be in bed soon. I don’t have a way to easily drive and get food so 7:30 was the perfect time for me to get some food and go to bed. The guy who called me sounded like a driver and he was nice but very nervous. I told him I wanted the price adjusted since Pam is more expensive and he told the manager I wanted a refund, which is not what I said. I could hear her in the background saying that’s fine. They were so quick to give me a refund and not just fix the situation. How unprofessional. I spoke with the manager and she sounded more annoyed than anything. I understand it gets busy and orders take longer but that’s why you adjust the delivery times. They obviously hadn’t adjusted them. I also asked if they would adjust the price since pan is more expensive. The manager said “it’s only a dollar more.” So basically she just didn’t want to adjust the price. Great customer service 👍🏻 absolutely never ordering from here again. I just want to say I worked at Pizza Hut as a teenager and our quality was top notch and we did everything we could to make sure the customer got what they wanted no matter what. A refund was the last thing we offered. We always tried to make their order right and good. This is why I literally never order from Pizza Hut anymore. It’s nearly impossible to find a good one nowadays. It’s very unfortunate because Pizza Hut pan pizza is my favorite. I haven’t had a decent pan pizza from them in over a decade. That’s how hard it is to find a good restaurant these days. Let’s hope I get my order before 9:00. On top of all that they’re using Door Dash to make my delivery instead of their own driver. What a joke this company has become. This is why I just get Domino’s these days. This company obviously tried too hard to compete with dominos and become like them instead of sticking with what they did into the past having more sit-down restaurants with high quality pizza.

  Older black women seem to be manager was abruptly rude about my bf just standing at the counter waiting for an order and started saying very loudly “just because you stand at the counter doesn’t mean it will cook faster” he could’ve been standing for his leg hurting and they had no clue very poor service on there part in my opinion I’ve only gotten from here a few times and every time it’s something new this Pizza Hut is the worst Pizza Hut in this city I would rather drive the extra 10-15 minutes to go to another one then go to that place again they are unbelievably rude and have a horrible atmosphere.

  I’ve ordered delivery twice from here and both times they don’t have enough drivers and they have to send it with door dash. I’ve never had pizza delivery take so long to arrive and I live less than a mile from the location. It’s ridiculous. If I wanted to order with door dash, I would have. Pizza was not hot when it arrived and when I called the second time, no apology or an offer to make it right. Just the explanation that it would have been the same had one of their drivers delivered it. That’s not good enough. If you can’t operate your business adequately, shut it down.
