A family member kindly ordered pizza for my children and me using her credit card. The order was placed at 5:00, and the pizzas arrived approximately five minutes later, despite being told the delivery window would be between 5:25 and 5:35. Instead of calmly addressing any confusion, the delivery driver approached the situation in a way that felt aggressive. they should’ve called the person that placed the order to get it corrected, but they did not choose to do that. I understand that misunderstandings can occur; however, maintaining a respectful and professional demeanor is essential in all customer interactions. A more composed and courteous approach would have helped resolve the situation much more effectively. When the driver contacted the store, I had hoped the matter would be handled more constructively. Unfortunately, the response from the manager did not provide the level of support or resolution I expected, which added to my dissatisfaction. Due to this experience, I do not feel comfortable ordering from this location again. I would appreciate a sincere apology for the conduct of both the delivery driver and the manager, along with reassurance that appropriate steps will be taken to improve customer service and prevent similar situations in the future. I also intend to share this feedback with the corporate office, as the experience left me feeling uneasy.

- SDSarah DanielsMay 16, 20261.0Normally I’m very satisfied with papa John’s, however the current manager, mason, lacks professionalism and was completely rude to me when I had called to say that they made the wrong type of cheese sticks. I ordered the original cheese sticks and I had a receipt for proof and instead they gave me the garlic cheese sticks. When I told mason (the manager) that I’d like a refund or make a new one, he was extremely rude and told me that he “didn’t make a mistake with my order” and refused to make it right. Totally unprofessional and he has no business being in charge. Hopefully he gets fired .
