  The manager of a mcdonalds in Wichita falls called the police on a 19 year old autistic black woman who was in need of assistance. The police brutalized her in the parking lot, arrested her and charged her with multiple felonies-- just because she needed help. Shame on you, shame on McDonald's.

  Only leaving a review because the experience was that bad. We pulled into this McDonald’s about 9:20 tonight pulling our horse trailer, which is clearly too tall and too long for any drive through. The lobby and curbside were both closed so we just parked, ordered via the app, and my husband walked to the drive through, which was not busy, to pick it up. He was told they couldn’t serve him since he was on foot. He explained why he was on foot and that we had already ordered and paid. He was again told they couldn’t serve him since he was on foot. He asked what they’d suggest he do since the lobby and curbside were both closed and was then told they could make an exception just this once but next time he’d have to go somewhere else. LOL okay, noted, no worries. But the food was actually really good for McDonald’s!

  worst mcdonalds you can possibly go to, always forget something on your order on purpose and if you go back to get it somehow its"cooking" and it takes 10 minutes so the rest of your food gets cold
