The NEVER have the self check-out open late, and they only have 1 or 2 check-outs open. The wait time is ridiculous. The poor check out clerks say they have begged corporate for more help, to no avail. And lets not even talk about the understaffed pharmacy! Ive switched to a locally owned pharmacy. Much faster service. Its definitely not the "United" we all loved.

When asked for family meal chicken he proceeds to look at me like I’m stupid and says we’re out. How are you completely out of one of the biggest things you offer at the deli during lunchtime. Smart thing would be understand your getting low and prepare more. The whole idea of going there to get food is to not have to wait 45 minutes for you to make more.
