  Rude and screwed the order up. I ordered 3 burger combos and originally was going to be given 1 burger in a bag. They had to be asked to give me the rest of my food. It was a to go order with one chocolate blizzard. It was overfilled and dripping with no lid and when I asked gor one the employee had to get an 'OK' from yhe manager. He then slapped it down over the ice cream and made a much bigger mess. When I asked if they would clean the cup, he chuckled and walked off. Throw in that the drive through employee came over to add her opinion to me being a difficult customer for no reason and kept making comments loud enough for me to hear until I left. I did not cuss or yell or call them names at any time. I just wanted the food I ordered and a blizzard that wasn't a complete mess to put in the car. They could not handle this and were rude about the whole thing. Never going back.

  If I could put a lower rating I would but I guess one star will have to do. Where to start? First of all the app with my location set to this specific restaurant says that cherry dip is available so we went into the drive thru to order. The girl on the speaker does not know how to speak up so I couldnt hear a word she was saying. Then she proceeds to tell me they have no cherry dip. Then while taking my order she is talking so low I can't confirm my order. Then messes up the order anyway. 3 blizzards shouldnt be that hard when this place is known for their blizzards. Training needs to be conducted more often. And the hiring process should be evaluated as well. Lastly BRING BACK CHEERY DIP TO ALL LOCATIONS!!!!!

  Very, very slow. Expect to spend at least 20 minutes in drive thru if it’s even moderately busy. Not recommended if you’re just looking for some ice cream unless there’s literally no other customers in line or in the restaurant.
