    Kat is an amazing server , she’s so sweet and attentive and read my mind before I even could ! She checked on us all throughout to ensure everything was to our liking (: , I highly recommend asking for her ! I enjoyed my experience while getting to watch the game as well 10/10

    We sat for 20 minutes before anyone acknowledged our presence and took a drink order. Ordered, food was Meh at best. Waitress came around every 15-20 minutes, was practicing her Halloween ghosting.... a bit early. Ordered a cookie for dessert.... 30 minutes later, ... still no cookie. It finally came out after asking about it. Our waitress flung it on the table and ran. Maybe she was having a bad day, maybe she's always antisocial and rude... Manager had to come out, super friendly. Removed the cookie and apologized. Said, "I don't know what's going on with her... maybe she needs a break!" Paid.... still left a tip and got the hell out of there. 3rd bad experience out of 3 trips in over the last year. Won't be spending another penny here. Lived in 6 states and visited many more and always loved relying on BWW for good wings and beer, but not in Wichita Falls! Sadly disappointed, been a loyal customer for 20 years

    I usually like going to Buffalo Wild Wings but today I was very dissappinted at your service. We were told that it would be 15 minute wait and they told us that it would be quicker if we sat out in the patio. We knew we were a big group so we agreed to sit outside even if it was 100 degrees outside. Then they said it would be an additional 30 min because the table was ready but the kitchen was not. We were sat down and it took probably 1 hour before we were asked what we wanted to order. Then another hour for us to get our food. We were there a total of 3 hours and thats not counting what we took to eat which was probably 5 minutes. By that time we were all almost heat stroked, not hungry anymore, tired and just wanted to go home so we just asked for our to go boxes. The wait time was ridiculous and we weren't even offered anything for our wait. We had elderly people with us and children and there was no kind of consideration. I know y'all are busy but a little consideration goes a long way. I will not be returning. I am very dissappinted. If a well known restaurant knows it will be busy on a Sunday, the manager should ensure there is enough staff for the lunch rush to avoid such a long wait. The owners of Buffalo Wild Wings might need to address this with their managers if you don't want to continue losing business.

    I visited my daughter who’s currently enrolled in MSU, decided to dine in for lunch. Service was kind of blah which is not a big deal. What’s upsetting was, we waited 45 minutes for our food to be looking like the picture. So dry, not even hot, from the looks of it, it’s been sitting in the warmer for awhile. I hate to complain but I paid $49 for our meals to be unsatisfying. Here’s the thing, 20 mins after ordering, server said our food should be out shortly. She checked on us again after 20 mins asking if we were fine, I told her yes just waiting on our food, again, she said food should be out shortly. 5 mins later, food arrived. Runner did not ask if we need anything whatsoever which is okay since she’s not our server. Server came back asked if we got our order correctly, I told her no not really and showed her our food but I needed to eat coz at this point I was starving. Told her, it looks like our food was being forgotten, to my surprise was: she DID NOT even apologize. Her reply was: ohhh I see that and walked away. Did not provide napkins at all, I had to get up to the bar and asked for napkins, which the bartender was kind enough to hand me few and wipes as well. We should’ve went to Cheddars as our original choice of restaurant but oh well…$49 wasted I guess
