  My favorite place. Will never go anywhere else. Starbucks is disrespectful towards people. 7 Brew Coffee treats everyone the same, with kindness and respect.

  I went to 7Brew and had a really bad experience. While I was on my phone, I looked up and saw an employee drop one of the scoops they use to make drinks on the floor. She continued making my drink with it and then handed it to me. I asked for a refund and explained why, but she denied dropping the scoop even though I clearly saw it happen. I decided to give them another chance a week later, but it only got worse. When I pulled up, I saw a rat crawling under the ice caddy, and to top it off, I found a bug in my coffee. It was completely disgusting, and I will not be going back.
