- FTFaith TattershallMay 11, 20261.0Ordered two plain McDoubles, they put onions between the meat and cheese. Patties on all burgers were dry and hard, clearly had been sitting in the warmer too long. Same for the mcchicken patty. $35 is a lot to spend on bad food.

Ok no biggie, we ask them to fix it and it turned into a 10-15 minute event of no one knowing what to do, having to repeat ourselves multiple times to multiple people. So the manager, I believe, says "I'll go make it personally" and presents me with the most sopping wet burger I've ever been given. And one of the burgers had a bite taken out of the patty. SO, beware of the vengeful spite that may come with your order. 😆

No one EVER wants to come to the counter to refill drinks and if they do they have major attitude like it took more than 1 min out of their time to refill a drink. It's not the customer fault there's no drink fountain in the lobby anymore.
