  Card payments cannot be done on the screen. This is the 3rd time in a row. The person bringing your food has to process the card on a device they're carrying. Several spots do not have a working screen at all.

  I love sonic the ocean waters are almost always on point. Food most of the time fresh. Service definitely most of the time fast. Usually always Friendly. Atmosphere is absolutely love it so cool, cute looking, and I love the shading; it literally saved us from a hail storm once while our wind shield was cracked and we were so afraid.

  Ordered a shake, blast and a hamburger meal, got home to find the blast not mixed half of the cup straight ice cream, didn't add the m&ms that were added and paid for and to top it all off, the hamburger was missing the actual hamburger patty.....

  Simple order - double smash burger without pickles or lettuce. Get home - they didn't put tomatoes on it either. The order taker was rude on the speaker - the dark hop was rude - and the place smelled like the sewer was backed up - again. This is precicely why we don't go to Sonic. Fast food in this town is literally the worst. We hadn't been there in two years - no difference in service. It's not difficult to make burgers and shakes - but somehow they make it harder than it needs to be for some unknown reason. Like everyone has been saying - it's probably the Oklahoma paradox. We will not return to this location. There is an obvious management issue here for quit some time. And the concern has never resolved itself.
