  Something is always wrong or missing. You can't call the store at all no one will answer so the only way for you to get somthing fixed is to drive back up there. If you only order something small it might be right but I wouldn't recommend getting the whole family dinner there. Didn't have this issue before the remodel. And when we came back to get our order mixed Tonight the manager on duty decided it was a wise idea to complain about and made comments about how my 9 year old son wanted his cheeseburger (aka plain just meat and cheese) the cheeseburger that they completely forgot to put into his happy meal in the first place.... not good serves at all and to really make comments even if you think the customers can't hear you is ridiculous.

  Not sure what’s going on exactly but this is completely outrageous. I’ve been waiting over 20 minutes for a damn Frappuccino. I have deliveries I’m supposed to be delivering. I have massive amount of stuff I’m supposed to be doing and instead. I’m waiting over 20 minutes for a Frappuccino this place is a static excuse for fast food or anything fast I expect to be completely reimbursed and honestly, I should have a gift card for the absolute better ridiculous ridiculousness…. 20 minutes people!!!!! Was just informed it is George’s fault George you can do better than this. What a shitty manager you are step up the game.

  They are always not giving me my full order that I ordered. They lied saying they can’t make McFlurrys because the “ice cream machine is broken” when it is literally brand new. Majority of the night shift that I saw was teenagers, even the manager. They confirm online orders and don’t offer a refund until you call them out about wanting one. Always make sure to get your refund in cash if you used the mobile app to order because those teenagers don’t want to do their job. They have no work ethic.

  I don't understand why a newly built McDonalds does not train their employees how to cook. We ordered 2 fish sandwich meals a few days ago in the drive through, and I know it's not that popular, but when were the buns for a fish sandwich ever grilled like a burger? That would be Never. The double cheeseburger I got the other day also had a hard bun, so I'm confused. Disappointed

  They make you order from a Kiosks. And the manager is very rude about that. I think that this Manager is in over her head or she wakes up every morning in a bad mood. She knows little to nothing about restaurant management and I hope that's not the position that McDonald's corporate is leaning toward. I do not like to be forced to use the kiosk and I will not use the kiosk. If this is the case, I will just find a different fast food restaurant to give my Business.
