  By far the best Dairy Queen in East Texas!! The manager is always nice and very friendly! The kitchen made a mistake and the manager came out here and apologized and also gave us a coupon for a free blizzard. I highly recommend stopping by if you are in the area. The store is very clean and all of the staff are very respectful! 100/10

  I was at dq today , and first of all , I walk in , and I asked her for a water and she made me pay $0.53 i was like, okay.Usually , restaurants don't make you pay for that kind of stuff , but whatever that's fine , I'll pay and then as I'm filling up my water cup with water i have my cleats on the table full Grown woman still working at dq walks by and rudely, while she's talking on the phone, not working, says, take your shoes off the table and then says not like they've been cleaned anyways. And then another lady kindly asks me, can you please take your shoes off the table and I said, yes, ma'am, it's a matter of being nice and not being rude and not doing your job.

  The limited stars and stripes Misty float was advertised for all Dairy Queens and for a limited time. Went to the Whitehouse DQ and was told they don't have it. Called the other local DQ's and they said they have it for a limited time. Drove over to the other DQ they said they all have it. Why did Whitehouse DQ not offer it?

  Terrible service. Went on a Break for work and went to DQ for NACHOS, 24 minutes still. Now I get to go back to work Hungry. GET YOUR STUFF TOGETHER DAIRY QUEEN, I will most likely contact corporate and Terry and Darryl.
